Personal data processing policy

1. General provisions
This Policy sets out how personal data is processed and protected by Sintez Research and Production Association Limited Liability Company (OOO NPO «Sintez», INN 0800032675, OGRN 1250800007105, the “Operator”), trading under the commercial designation “SYNTEZ IT”.
The Policy is drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and applies to all information the Operator may obtain about visitors to sinteztech.link.
Using the site and submitting data through its contact forms constitutes the user's agreement to this Policy and to the terms on which their personal data is processed.
This English text is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.
2. What data is processed
The Operator processes data that the user provides voluntarily:
- surname and first name (or any other name given when contacting us);
- telephone number;
- e-mail address;
- organisation name and job title, where supplied;
- the content of the enquiry — the task description sent via the form, e-mail or messenger.
In addition, anonymised technical data is collected automatically: IP address, browser and operating system details, the page of origin and the time of the visit. Such data does not identify the user and is used for statistical purposes.
The Operator does not process special categories of personal data (racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health, sex life) or biometric personal data.
3. Purposes of processing
- responding to the user's enquiry, providing advice and preparing a commercial proposal;
- concluding, performing and supporting service contracts;
- keeping the user informed about the progress of work and about the Operator's services;
- improving the site and the quality of the services provided.
4. Legal basis and manner of processing
Processing is based on the user's consent, given by ticking the consent box in the contact form, as well as on contracts concluded with the user and on the requirements of Russian law.
Processing is carried out both with and without the use of automation and includes collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, rectification, use, transfer (in the cases set out in this Policy), blocking, erasure and destruction.
Personal data is processed on the territory of the Russian Federation.
5. Disclosure to third parties
The Operator does not sell or disclose personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Disclosure is possible only:
- at the request of authorised state bodies, in the manner prescribed by law;
- to processors engaged by the Operator (hosting provider, enquiry-handling and communication services) to the extent necessary to perform the instruction, subject to a confidentiality obligation;
- with the separate consent of the user.
6. Retention periods
Personal data is retained no longer than the purposes of processing require, or for the periods established by law and by the contracts concluded. Once the purposes are achieved, or upon withdrawal of consent, the data is destroyed or anonymised within 30 days, unless the law provides otherwise.
7. Security measures
The Operator takes the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying and distribution: limiting the number of staff with access, segregating access rights, using secure transport (HTTPS), and maintaining backups.
8. Cookies
The site may use cookies so the interface works correctly and to collect anonymised visit statistics. The user may disable cookies in their browser settings; this may affect the behaviour of some elements of the site.
9. User rights
The user has the right to:
- obtain information about the processing of their personal data;
- require rectification, blocking or destruction of data that is incomplete, out of date, inaccurate or unlawfully obtained;
- withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
- appeal the Operator's actions to Roskomnadzor or through the courts.
